Problem :
Manually mapping Nielsen product data to regional sales datasets led to inconsistent KPIs and heavy dependence on the support team. Mistakes in mapping degraded dashboard accuracy and triggered frequent incident reports.
Solution :
An NLP-powered pipeline was developed to automatically read and map Nielsen product descriptions with sales data from the Azure Data Lake. Scheduled ADF triggers executed the process for every Mars period.

Manual workload dropped by 60%. The data mapping became more reliable and up-to-date, enhancing KPI accuracy and reducing support tickets.
