Shirish Sharma
Shirish Sharma is a globally recognized technology executive and entrepreneur with more than thirty two years of experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives. As Chief Executive Officer of Element Technologies, he drives the company’s strategic vision, positioning Element as a next-generation AI and data-driven systems integrator serving mid-to-large enterprises worldwide.
Under his leadership, Element has expanded its global delivery model with operations in the United States, India, and Australia, supporting clients across highly regulated and innovation-driven industries.
Shirish is known for his forward-looking approach to innovation, blending entrepreneurial agility with disciplined execution. His mission is to help organizations transition from traditional IT services to AI-powered enterprise transformation, creating sustainable competitive advantage in an increasingly digital world.

Rajesh Nair
Rajesh Nair brings over two decades of experience in building and scaling businesses across sales, marketing, and product innovation. He has led the launch of large-scale platforms and services in the telecom and digital space, including one of India’s earliest mobile advertising initiatives, which went on to win a Cannes award.
Rajesh has successfully managed P&L responsibilities, brand strategy, and market expansion, working with both established enterprises and start-ups. His career spans diverse categories such as telecom, OTT, FMCG, and automotive accessories, where he has consistently driven growth and built high-performing teams.
He is passionate about creating market opportunities from the ground up, forging strategic partnerships, and enabling organizations to scale with agility.
Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer
Dr. Manash Ray
Dr. Manash Ray is the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Element Technologies. He is responsible for driving innovation, revenues and customer success globally.
Prior to joining Element Technologies, Dr. Ray was the co-founder & CEO of a global Analytics consulting and services company in the US, where he led the development and delivery of innovative solutions in Supply Chain, Profitability Management, Financial modelling, and custom analytics solutions driven by AI/ML to solve business problems.
Dr. Ray has been a frequent presenter at professional conferences and has delivered many executive workshops and presentations. He has led many successful implementation projects for Fortune 30 and Fortune 100 clients which resulted in documented significant ROI across many industries such as aerospace, telecom, retail, financial services, manufacturing, and global logistics.
Dr. Ray received a PhD. from the Pennsylvania State University in Business Administration with minors in Operations Research and Management Information Systems and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management with concentrations in finance and operations research.

Vijay Murty
Vijay Murty has over 35 years of experience across the IT, High-Tech, Aerospace, and Hospitality industries. Throughout his career, he has built and executed global marketing and outsourcing strategies for leading multinational corporations, with a focus on driving growth and innovation.
At Element, Vijay is responsible for multiple areas of leadership, including Revenue Growth, Client Partnerships, Business Development, and Key Relationship Management. His work centers on creating long-term value for clients while expanding the company’s market presence.

Gopi Selvan
Gopi Selvan, a seasoned and highly successful professional with over 25 years of experience in Sales and Business Development in US and Asia, has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and services. His remarkable ability to drive continuous organizational growth and expansion has been evident in his successful identification of new opportunities, building partnerships, and deal-making efforts, all of which have all contributed to the advancement of the company’s products and technologies.
Gopi is an intuitive and strategic leader who employs a lead-by-example approach to guide top-caliber teams towards achieving organizational goals and objectives. His proven track record of making sound decisions across various critical business aspects has been instrumental in increasing efficiency and productivity while simultaneously reducing costs and driving organizational revenue growth.
Prior to joining Element, Gopi held diverse leadership roles for over 20 years, with extensive US onsite experience in Sales and Business Development. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from Madras University.

He has a proven track record of opening new territories, building customer relationships, and executing complex business initiatives that deliver sustained value for both clients and the organization.
Mr. Sharma has also held senior leadership positions within a leading Government of India enterprise, where he played a key role in driving operational excellence and expanding institutional capabilities across global markets.
